Competitive Salary – we offer a competitive salary which is reviewed annually alongside your performance. This means that as your career progresses, you have the opportunity for your salary to do the same.
Pension Scheme – everyone needs to plan for the future so we offer all employees membership of our pension scheme with Standard Life. We offer a 4% matched contribution to all staff and our Associates and Senior Managers can take a 6% matched contribution.
Holidays – we recognise time away from the office is important and therefore offer a generous holiday entitlement of 25 days per annum increasing to 30 days after 10 years’ service. Life Insurance – it’s not something we like to think about, but it does give you peace of mind should the worst happen. All members of our pension scheme receive a death in service benefit of 2 times salary, 4 times for Associates and Senior Managers.
Long Service Awards – at Sintons we value loyalty and after 5 years of service reward this up to 45 years of service. Yes, we have had employees be with the firm for 45 years!
Private Medical Insurance – if you become unwell, we recognise speedy treatment is important, therefore we offer all staff the opportunity to join our BUPA private healthcare scheme via salary deduction as a corporate discount rate.
