Sintons shortlisted for Property Law Firm of the Year
The team has been named as a finalist in the property law firm of the year category at the awards, which are recognised as being one of the key events of the year in the sector.
The North East Property Awards were established to recognise and reward businesses and individuals working within the region’s property sector for their work on developments, projects and deals over the past 12 months. Its shortlists for the 2020 awards are being revealed over the course of this week.
Sintons, widely recognised as one of the leading real estate advisors in the North of England, has one of the biggest and most experienced teams in the region which has expertise across a wide range of specialist sectors, including healthcare, leisure, care and faith-based work.
It is regularly instructed on schemes of both regional and national significance, with clients including some of the biggest names in UK property, such as the Church Commissioners for England, which manages historic assets currently valued at over £5 billion.
The shortlisting in the North East Property Awards – to be held on September 17 at the Hilton NewcastleGateshead – is the latest recognition of Sintons’ capability, with recent accolades including its five award wins at the Northern Law Awards 2019, including being named as law firm of the year.
