Dispute Resolution specialist Robert Burn joins Sintons

The highly-esteemed dispute resolution department at law firm Sintons has been strengthened further through the addition of a new solicitor to the team.

Robert Burn moves to Newcastle-based Sintons from his previous firm based in the North West, where he undertook his training contract and recently qualified as a solicitor.

Robert, a Durham University graduate, has a number of years of experience as a paralegal prior to qualifying as a solicitor, and has worked widely in the field of disputes.

He joins the specialist dispute resolution team at Sintons at a time of continued growth for the department, which has made a number of key strategic new appointments in recent months to help strengthen its offering and keep pace with its fast-growing caseload.

Angus Ashman, head of the dispute resolution department at Sintons, said: “We have seen particularly strong levels of growth over the past few months and continue to expand the team as a result.

“We welcome Robert, who already has good experience of working in this field and we are impressed by his abilities, as well as his willingness to learn and progress. Our team is rightly regarded as one of the most capable in the North of England with an enviable reputation in a number of highly specialised areas, to the extent that many of our recent recruits – Robert included – have been willing to relocate from other parts of the country to join us.

“We look forward to supporting Robert with his development, and working collectively to grow the department further.”
