Noreen Golightly


Noreen is the NHS Project Manager within the Commercial/Healthcare department.

She has many years’ experience working in public sector and specifically in Healthcare on a range of projects. Noreen provides a first point of contact for the Healthcare team and manages the projects.

She is involved in the internal monitoring and administration of files making sure they are compliant with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.

Noreen carries out due diligence and post completion work on projects as well as monitoring costs/fees.
