We endeavour to establish long term relationships with all our clients so that we can offer ongoing practical, commercial legal support and advice after the merger process.
We offer a range of employment law protection packages tailored to meet the needs of each merged practice. These packages are designed to help you budget your legal spend in this area at a level that suits your practice.
With you, we will develop a bespoke package at a fixed monthly or annual fee to suit your financial requirements. As part of the package we will:
- Audit and update all your employee related documentation which will ensure your compliance with employment legislation;
- Offer you unlimited access to our employment team with your queries dealt with by a fully qualified solicitor by telephone, email or face-to-face, as necessary;
- Update and train you and your staff on important changes to employment legislation through our regular newsletters and seminar programme;
- Give you access to our interactive HR website which provides a range of additional resources including, precedents and other specialist knowledge, to help you deal with any employment
- problems you may have; &
- Cover you for all legal costs and any award of compensation, up to a maximum of £250,000 per claim, with a member of our team conducting your defence.
