Competitive salary – we offer a competitive salary which is reviewed annually alongside your performance. This means that as your contribution and performance develops, you have the opportunity for your salary to do the same.

Pension scheme – everyone needs to plan for the future so we offer all employees membership of our pension scheme with Standard Life. Our standard package is a 4% matched contribution; with enhanced contributions as your career develops in the firm.

Holidays – we recognise time away from the office is important and therefore offer a generous holiday entitlement of 25 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 10 years’ service.  You can also buy up to 5 additional days’ holiday each year and, if your birthday falls on one of your working days, you can take the day off….on us!

Life insurance – members of our pension scheme receive a death in service benefit.  It’s not something we like to think about, but it does give you peace of mind should the worst happen.

Private medical insurance – we offer all our people the opportunity to join BUPA health care scheme, paid via salary deduction at a corporate discounted rate.

Health cash plan – free of charge to support healthcare costs such as eye tests and other optical costs, therapy treatments, such as physiotherapy, dental treatment and private medical insurance policy excess.

Employee Assistance Programme – intended to help you, your partner, or children deal with personal problems that might adversely impact work performance, life, health, and wellbeing.

Long service awards –we value loyalty and reward this after 5 years’ service.  We have even had employees with us for 45 years!

Professional membership – we value the qualifications and professional memberships our employees have achieved and hold and are proud to support and fund these memberships where they are linked to their role.

Professional development –we support our people who want to be the best they can be by having access to opportunities to support their professional development. As part of this we hold monthly reviews and annual appraisals and agree personal development plans.  We also support our employees to complete additional professional qualifications by offering fully funded educational support packages.

Maternity/paternity leave – we offer enhanced maternity and paternity leaves.

Flexible working – we are happy to discuss flexible working options to enable you to contribute the best to your work while balancing this with your personal life.

Travel to work support – we provide interest free travel loans, with monthly deductions from salary, and a discounted car parking scheme near to the Cube.  We also encourage car sharing.

Employee introduction bonus scheme – we recognise that our employees are in the best position to introduce friends and colleagues to the firm and offer a bonus for anyone who is recruited via a referral from an employee of Sintons LLP.
