Deputies are appointed by the Court of Protection in relation to a person’s financial affairs or personal welfare when that person cannot deal with them personally.

  • Guide you through the deputyship application process
  • Assist with obtaining the medical evidence needed
  • Complete the necessary application forms
  • Assist you with the ‘service’ of the application
  • Advise you in relation to any responses received
  • Advise you if anyone objects to the application
  • Represent you at a hearing in the Court of Protection, if required
