The Role and Requirements
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Debt Recovery to join and lead our growing debt recovery team who handle a case load of over 600 matters.
The role involves delivering a high quality, efficient, cost effective and bespoke service to our existing portfolio of clients. A key part of the role will also be developing relationships with new clients to sell the services that the firm offers as part of our strategy for growth. Excellent client relationship management skills are therefore essential, as well as experience of working within a similar role, ie debt recovery/credit control management type of environment. Working alongside colleagues across the firm to minimise litigation for existing clients, to resolve contractual disputes pre-proceedings and deal with contested matters up to trial form part of the role.
Responsibilities of the team include dealing with bulk volume debt recovery, as well as bespoke complex collection matters for companies and individuals alike.
The ideal candidate will be CICM qualified to at least MCICM (Graduate) level.
