The Role 

We are looking for a solicitor with experience of working with SMEs and owner managed businesses, as well as larger organisations.  This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a growing law firm based in the North East of England and to play an important part in supporting our ambitious growth plan.  It provides the chance to work on high-value transactions alongside a senior partner which will offer plenty of professional and personal development.

  • Joint Ventures and Collaborations


In order to deal with the complexities of the role, the ideal candidate will have between 4-6 years’ experience as a Corporate Solicitor, an excellent knowledge of relevant law, experience of running a case load with minimal supervision and experience of business development.

Demonstrating an ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload, working to strict deadlines and having good communication skills are essential, as is managing expectations across a wide range of competing needs, a willingness to cover a variety of tasks and to work outside of core hours on occasions.
