The Role

We are looking to expand our Commercial Property team to support our ambitious growth plans and would welcome the opportunity to talk to Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives, with experience of commercial property law, who would like to join our successful team.

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including land assembly, infrastructure and development, land promotion, sales, acquisitions and lettings.  They will have their own caseload of files which will depend on the individual’s expertise and interests.

Requirements

We require self-motivated, highly organised and enthusiastic individuals who can work quickly and accurately, often within tight timescales with minimal supervision.

The successful candidates will be excellent at developing and nurturing relationships with clients and intermediaries and get involved with marketing and business development activities.

Experience of development, landlord and tenant or working with charitable organisations in a property context, would be an advantage.
