Our team has a proactive, user friendly approach, with excellent working relationships with Local Authorities and both Sarah and Lucy being sought out to take part in Government consultations as to the implementation of the Licensing Act.
Lucy and Sarah and the licensing team involve themselves in :-
- Advice on all aspects of licensing law relating to premises licenses, club premises licenses and temporary event notices
- Advice on all aspects of gaming, betting and lotteries legislation
- Preparation and attendance at contested hearings
- Advice in respect of judicial review and appeal proceedings and all enforcement issues
- Related advice to all areas affecting the leisure industry including planning law
