Keith is a Partner in our Employment team. Keith’s expertise includes advising clients about the implications of employment law on their strategic decisions such as re-organisations, relocations, managing the impact of TUPE (transfer of undertakings) when all or part of a business is being sold, transferred or outsourced. He also advises on dismissals of senior executives and day-to-day employment issues for HR professionals. Keith has worked with clients operating in both the manufacturing and service sectors, including those facing difficulties or undergoing major change.
